Missed Elections

As I'm sat waiting inbetween sessions of nodding off I've been trying
to work out how many elections I've voted in and think it must only be
two.

1989 - UK - (voted)
1993 - Hong Kong
1997 - Hong Kong
2001 - UK (voted)
2005 - Delhi
2010 - Delhi

On that basis it'll be the next one in 2015. Now up to three hours and
thirteen people have been seen! Unless I'm still here that is.
